How do you (or is it possibleto...) capture High quality HD stills from the S-4000Pro and save it to disc or USB for web use?

Thanks.

If you have photo transfer, you can export any frame of a scene to USB or CD.

I believe Chet Davis has information about how to accomplish this on his Casablanca Expert site.

When introducing HD stills via photo transfer, it is important to keep your USB drive attached for over 60 seconds. Unlike SD stills, it takes time for the HD stills to render to a USB flash media by virtue of the file size. It works great!!!

Apart from using Photo Transfer, you may also know there is a cool new function that is new with Bogart V4 OS - the ability to grab a still scene in either the Scene Bin or in the Storyboard. It produces a pretty decent JPEG - and if you're working with HD to begin with I find you can create an image that could be sufficient quality to be printed at 4x6 (or close to it, given the screen aspect ratio). This button is found under the 'Opt' (Options) button in the Scene Bin and under the 'Range' button for the Storyboard.

You will find a detailed tutorial on this new options on my website here: http://cassieexpert.live.subhub.com/articles/20110722_1

I do have a webinar on this subject from many months ago as one of our colleagues, Daniel Cohen, turned me on to a PC software called Topaz Moment. Unfortunately that developer (Topaz Labs) is no longer available.

Chet
